AT & T sent me the wrong phone!?
I have AT & T for my cell phone service. I had the SLVR phone until I droped in the water when I was boating. Fortunately, I have the assurance I onlt had to pay $ 50 for a new one. When I called AT & T they said they didn't pick up the phone and I was correct that they would give me the upgrade for $ 50. I paid and then when I got the new phone in the mail it was a razor stupid. I hate those phones. I didn't realize they had given me the wrong phone! In the box it says that I bought the SLVR L9, but the box was a razor. I used this stupid phone for a month and I just realized its a bad thing? I can always return it and get good !??!? Does anyone know!
call them do not go to the store. my mom always talks to them on the phone so its easier to convince them that you can convince them of something as I have had this phone and it is not wat I want and as I sent my phone and leave me like this or I want a better phone, at no additional cost. worked with my mother when she was bad (i AT & T and the fact that my mother) and I hope it works with you! If you are going trik we can not do what you may go to court.
