Cost Management UK rescue services should Plaisance and Weekend Sailors pay for rescue?

Good idea. The RNLI do a very good job and arent often praised or rewarded for their outstanding work. I think they are a charity and receive no government funding. It is the organization that I hesitate never give money to.
